Shoptalk covers the rapid evolution of how consumers discover, shop and buy. The four day conference provides a unique platform for established retailers, big brands, startups, tech companies, investors, media and analysts to come together in an open and friendly environment.
As Creative Director for the first two conference cycles I helped establish the overall foundation of the brand including everything from the logo design to the on-site experience. For the inaugural year, Shoptalk proved to be a success—attracting more than 3,100 attendees—including over 395 CEOs. Onsite sponsors included Google, Salesforce, ebay, Walmart, IBM and Adobe.
It has since grown into one of the largest retail-tech conferences in the world, bringing together 10,000+ retail execs each year.
Industry Night @ Shoptalk Sponsored By Google
One of the major on-site activations at Shoptalk in it’s first year was Industry Night, sponsored by Google. Held at the Marquee in The Cosmopolitan, Wyclef Jean performed a set to an audience of over 1,000 people, making this event-within-an-event a huge success.
