Refreshing A Tax Technology Firm

StenTam is a team of tax professionals who specialize in helping businesses identify and access available local, state and federal tax credits. During my time at Ruckus, I led the redesign of their website, for both desktop and mobile, as well as updating the brand's digital presentation when they changed their name from Stenson Tamaddon to StenTam.

The main goal was to connect with potential customers and guide them through the process of accessing tax credits, which became especially important during the Covid-19 pandemic. These credits included Employee Retention, Clean Energy, and Research and Development. We tackled the challenge by creating industry-specific pages to engage with individuals in those sectors and crafting content tailored to each industry. This allowed StenTam to incorporate those pages into their marketing strategy and attract new business opportunities.
